Escape is the documented goal
Steam describes making a boat once you are prepared and attempting a difficult journey back to civilization. It also says failure can open the door to new innovations. A failed escape therefore belongs to the described progression, but the official text does not identify each failure as a separate ending.

A Steam review captured on October 3 reports three endings and identifies Ending B as the Lovers Ending. The reviewer also describes failed escape attempts and a later All-Out Attempt. These are that player’s reports; this page has not independently reproduced the run or established the required version.
A separate unofficial wiki also summarizes a three-ending structure, but it attributes its account to Steam reviews. That summary is not treated as a second independent confirmation. Exact relationship thresholds, final choices, a full A/B/C list and a guaranteed route remain unverified.
Before replaying for another ending
If you want to revisit the final stretch, first identify and copy your existing save files using Save-file location. This is a general backup precaution, not a promise that loading a particular slot selects another ending or preserves collection progress.
